Claim a gift

If you’ve received a gift code, you can redeem it in the Gifts tab. Enter your code in the “Claim a Gift” section to add the credits to your account. Gift codes look like: ZO-XX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Send a gift

Sending gifts requires a paid plan.
You can purchase gift credits for others in the Gifts tab. Choose an amount between $5 and $100, add an optional personal message, and select how you’d like to deliver the gift:
  • Create shareable code – Generate a code that anyone can redeem
  • Send to specific email – Lock the gift to a specific email address (if they don’t have an account, they’ll need to sign up with that email to claim it)
  • Send to random Zo user – Surprise a random member of the Zo community
You can also choose to send your gift anonymously.

View activity

Track your gift history in the Activity tab. See gifts you’ve sent and their claim status, as well as gifts you’ve received.
