- Drag and drop files or folder from your computer

- For files on the web, such as images or PDFs, you can ask Zo to download the file to your workspace.

Supported file types
Zo works with most file formats, including:- Notes – Zo stores notes as Markdown files (
.md). - Spreadsheets – Zo has a built-in spreadsheet editor, which uses a JSON-based format (
.sheet.json). Zo can also display spreadsheets in CSV or Excel formats. Right-click on a Zo Sheet file to convert it to an.xlsxfile. - Code – Zo supports editing code, with syntax highlighting for most programming languages. Zo sites are rendered directly in the file browser, and will automatically refresh when Zo makes changes to the code.
- Word documents (
.docx) – Right-click on a Word document to convert it to a note. - Audio and video files – Zo can transcribe speech from audio and video files, and stores the trasncript using a JSON-based format (
.transcript.jsonl). Zo can also generate short videos using AI. - Images – Zo can display images in most formats. Zo can also generate images using AI, and edit images using various open-source tools.
- PDFs & Ebooks – Zo can display PDFs and Ebooks. You can also ask Zo about these files.
