Gemini CLI is Google’s agentic coding tool, available on all Gemini plans including free. If you have an account, you can use it as an AI provider instead of Zo’s built-in credits.

Setup

  1. Open the terminal on your Zo and run gemini to start the login flow
  2. Follow the prompts to authenticate with your Google account
You may need to restart gemini by hitting Ctrl+C in the terminal after logging in if it is unresponsive and opening it again.
  1. Go to Settings > AI Providers and enable Gemini CLI
  2. Select your preferred model
  3. Select “Gemini CLI” from the model picker in chat and you’re set
